Patcher does not update unless minimised and restored.
Pressing the play button on the patcher does not launch the game unless you minimise the patcher
Same for the close button
Mouse does not work 100% as per previous version mouse seems to escape the screen so turning a 360 is not possible, however clicking the RMB does seem to bring mouse back to game screen
Enabling shadows will crash client.

The patcher issue is easily work around. The major issue is the mouse bug which makes PvP (which this game is mostly about) quite difficult. Also performance seems much lower than same system running Windows Vista
