Additional Comments

To install ICQ you will need to download the following programs: - ICQ 7 (I used ICQ 7.4) link: http://www.icq.com/ - winetricks link: http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks - Mono 2.6.7 (provides the necessary software to develop and run .NET software) link: http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/archive/2.6.7/windows-installer/2/mono-2.6.7-gtksharp-2.12.10-win32-2.exe Installation guide: => first open console, change to your download directory and type the following: chmod +x winetricks ./winetricks ie6 msxml6 riched20 riched30 richtx32 wine mono*.exe wine *icq*.exe Then you have to configure your ICQ installation: Therefore go to console and type winecfg . There you have to go to the graphics section and activate the virtual desktop. I recommend a desktop size of 1024*768. Thats all :D
