After overrides and do some settings: * Installation (Works) * Starting (Works) * Chat (Works) * Tzers (Works) * Voice Chat (Works) * Image Smileys (Works) ;-) * Settings (works) * Taskbar icon (Works) * Design of Window Border from ICQ (Works) * Logout (Works) * Exit (Works) Its very stable! (long test). Pls Look at the description for tweaks to get run. I would gave Platinum but it doesn't run without third party overrides.

What does not

* some times tzers chat window is black after the animation maybe(escape helps in or after animation *Profile Wiev (Windows without output just white) *Games (Windows without output just white)

To install ICQ you will need to download the following programs: - ICQ 7 (I used ICQ 7.7) link: http://www.icq.com/ - winetricks link: http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks - Mono 2.6.7 (provides the necessary software to develop and run .NET software) link: http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/archive/2.6.7/windows-installer/2/mono-2.6.7-gtksharp-2.12.10-win32-2.exe First you can install ICQ normally (with fresh prefix). In this case 7.7. *start with fresh wine prefix *run first winecfg and install gecko *./winetricks vcrun2008 ie6 msxml6 riched20 riched30 richtx32 *install mono-2.6.7-gtksharp-2.12.10-win32-2.exe *Now you can start ICQ with Shortcut, in Menü, or in a Terminal per wine *For Voice chat set up in winecfg, under sound, the correct Input Source *set urlmon.dll to builtin in winecfg *Enjoy ICQ Original! *Sytem Specs: 64bit, i5 3,3ghz, nvidia-290.10, bfq sheduler kernel, 4GB Memory *wine-git: 1.4 (The new stable release, 7. March) First time that ICQ Runs stable on wine. Try it.
