Nearly everything. Whole game can be played through, save games work and every configuration can be set correctly.

What does not

Sometimes you will have to start the game, kill the process in the system monitor (it will be shown as sleeping), then start the game again and it will work correctly.

I've installed the game by following the instructions on the appdb. I even did not have to use winetricks and install OpenAL manually, because the installer worked fine. I'm running the game on 1920 x 1080, high graphics and in fullscreen.
