Revit (64bit) tries to install: * Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2005 * Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2008 * .NET Framework runtime 3.5 * DirectX 9.0 Runtime * Microsoft Visual Studio tools for ENU & Runtime This installation was attempted with vanilla Wine (no winetricks).

During installation, you can choose to manually configure the installation options. At page 4, while attempting to check for updates, an error will occur. The same is true under Windows. This is an application bug NOT a Wine bug.
