What works
Everything I tested so far - opening and adding projects, opening and adding diagrams, modifying diagrams, modifying descriptions/properties of objects, saving project to Linux directory.
What does not
Some minor visual issues (had to correct the location of some objects in the Example), might be caused by low display resolution not the Wine, does not influence the functionality.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Generating documentation (I will update later), code generation, reverse engineering, data base engineering, most of the advanced functions.

Additional Comments
Wine installed from Debian repository, without any changes. During the start wine opens an alert dialog: " It appears that libnss-mdns is installed on your system, but lib32nss-mdns is not. Please note that Wine will not be able to access the Internet unless you either install lib32nss-mdns, or uninstall libnss-mdns." , but it doesn't seem to have any effect during application using. It looks like general Wine issue rather, not the program itself. The lib32nss-mdns library is installed (and was when I was installing Wine). Admin note: rating changed to silver due to limited testing.

The builtin msxml4 isn't good enough to support Enterprise Architect.
You must install msxml4 via winetricks
