Steam Version of the Game I had to install PhysX and VCRun2005sp1. The Game works great with all Settings at Very High. I could successfully play the whole first Mission without any Glitches but after finishing the Mission the Game Crashes as soon you hit Continue. Test System: AMD Phenom2 940, NVidia GTX275, 190.32 Driver.
