What works

nearly everything works after configuring locale and fonts.

What does not

 a few bugs cause text to appear wrong in many cases, yet it's not too bad.

the file menu doesnt apear unless you select the next menu and go back with the arrows.

Additional Comments

i know 3 ohter people who use the same os and program version and it works for them too.

• ­­­­first, ­copy the entire disk to your hard drive (this is optional).
­

• ­­install (right click "setup.exe" and select ­run with wine)

• when the installation completes you need too copy "mfc42.dll" from windows XP to wine.
  
  ­ (put it in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32­­)­.


• alturnatly you can use winetricks to get this file.


• copy basic XP fonts to ­~/.wine/drive_c/windows/fonts­­


• actually you dont need all of them. yo­u only need "ssee1255.fon" and some other fonts you can get with winetricks.


• you may want to make sure you are using the hebrew local (actually i think that things are displayed a bit better without this option).


• to do this add LANG=he_IL.utf8­­ to the launcher
  
  (that was created on your desktop during installation) after the word env­.

• you'd like to find a font that dosn't show the weired ma­rks. (most CLM culmus fonts do the trick).­
