Installation works, and the program runs. Data files seem to load just fine.

What does not

The built in iexplore does not render pages properly, causing the majority of the program to be unusable.  Updating fails, due to RAS not being implemented in Wine.

HOWTO

I was able to get this program to successfully render the pages using winetricks to install IE 6, since the builtin iexplore failed to do so properly.

From a command prompt, execute the following command: 

wget kegel.com/wine/winetricks; sh winetricks ie6
