What works
Everything except for graphics with built-in DirectX 9.
What does not
The game needs installing native DirectX (Available in the DVD). Nothing else. I played the game from start to finish.
Workarounds
After installing DirectX start winecfg, click onto the libraries tab and add an override for d3d9. Set "native, builtin).
