What works
Works really well, assuming that the user has proper permissions to access the drive, and that you have it directly assigned to a drive letter in WINE (or you open its block device instead). It recovered several deleted files from a memory card under Linux/WINE just as well as it did under Windows.
What does not
Removable media appears to this app as a hard drive, so you just have to click the "Show Hard Drives in List" option, and make sure that WINE is assigning it a drive letter. Press F5 to refresh the drive list. Alternatively, you can use the disk image mode and just point it at the /dev/ block device. The open file dialog doesn't show entries like /dev/sdc1, but it works when typed in.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Did not test accessing the card through a digital camera. That depends on drivers, and it's hit or miss in Windows too. It works great if you just use a memory card reader, and that's usually much faster too.
