Everything: installation through curse.exe on CD (which is normally autorun on Windows), starting and running the game up till the first scene of the game (including cinematics).

Generally the game seems to work fine although there is a some mouse lag, especially when in the game menu (which is accessed with F1). May have connection to bug #7640.
