You need to install directx 9 to can play with this game. At a point in the game there is a waterfall where the game slows down to 1-2 fps. I've played with this game with 1680x1050 resolution, no antialiasing, default settings, fullscreen (and in window too) about 15-20fps: AMD Athlon 64 5600+ Geforce 8600GT 256M 4Gb memory
