What works
Installing and launching the game, loading and saving, playing with high-numbers of minions, graphics on high at 1440x900 (Wine is emulating a virtual desktop), alt-tabbing to other applications.
What does not
Some graphics issues (fade-outs appear to be checkerboarded, some background elements also appear checkerboarded), physics objects are slow or buggy. Sound occasionally crashes and requires a restart of Wine to work again.

Tested on an i7 @ 2.8GHz with an nVidia 250 GTS (driver version 280.13-0ubuntu6). Wine is emulating a virtual desktop with 1440x900 resolution on a 1920x1080 monitor. The system's sound is unaffected by the sound crashes of Wine. The graphics and sound issues shouldn't affect normal gameplay.
