Tecplot

What works

Works perfectly (without truetype fonts) until I try to use it over a remote connection. To make it work on my local machine, I have to add an override for msvcrt.dll in winecfg (as suggested here: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13567#attach_13672 , comment 19).

What does not

When I try to run it over a remote desktop connection (NX, from www.nomachine.com ), or over ssh, it fails with the dialog "tecplot.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."
As suggested in the forum I mentioned above (Comment 21), I tried turning off the composite extension - it still doesn't work.

Nothing; everything else seems to work fine.
