What works
- full installation (display images, win32 menu, sound : all right)
- control inputs (keyboard, mouse)
- playing sound
What does not
- display : the game runs throwing an execption (loop)
fixme:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_WaitForVerticalBlank (0x195e00)->(1,(nil)): Stub
Detailed notes :
When launching the game (starting to use Direct3D), it actually starts but the full screen keeps black. "Behind the black screen", you can hear that the game runs well : the sound works well, and indicate the game is playing intro movie, start menu and even in-game action :). You can use the keyboard controls to move Twinsen (the hero) and hear him moving, although you can't see him.

Additional Comments
I had already try to run Little Big Adventure 2 with an older version of Wine, and it was also a black screen with sound and game running well behind but the error messages weren't exactly the same, but it was talking about some unavailable drawing methods.

The game works almost perfectly with older Wine version such as Wine 1.2.
Installation: you must choose ''Keep Voices on Hard Disk''. You also need to copy the MUSIC and VIDEO folders from the install disc to where the game has been installed.
You may want to use the XP patch, it might help.
