What works
General use of Remedy, logging in via LDAP authenticated windows AD account to several servers, general search, submit and update, recording macro to do a search, running a macro, refreshing a table in a form, opening a related ticket from a table on a form.
What does not
Nothing serious - some minor issues with display of fonts and screen window controls and buttons.
One issue with an Active Link which collects user environment data not working and crashed me out of user client (runs when a form is opened).
