What works

Installer does installs, however the window does not display screenshots of the game as it should, it is just black.

What does not

  • At the end of the installation, the installer does crash without telling the installation if finished.
  • Game does start (I see the quick splash window of the game title), then I hear the musics of the intro but there is no graphics nor video (all black). I tried: winetricks dxvk then winetricks d3dx9, then winetricks wmp9

Workarounds

What was not tested

Main menu, playing.

Hardware tested

Graphics:

  • GPU: AMD
  • Driver: open source

Additional Comments

I used a 32 bits prefix, then set OS 'winxp' before to run the installer from the DVD-ROM (it is v1.0).

Note: the game's patch v1.1 does fail to install, 'Error: -1627  Function failed.'  (seems related to Windows Installer).
