What does not
When changing the resolution setting (running fullscreen), Mirror's Edge sometimes shows a black screen so I have to kill it (but the setting is changed). I can't reproduce this reliably.
Mirror's Edge sometimes fails to change the desktop resolution back when it quits. I can't reproduce this reliably.
When switching back from another application, Mirror's Edge sometimes fails to update the screen (controls still work: esc+enter will close the game).
What was not tested
I'm using 32-bit wine. I haven't tested with 64-bit. I had to set openal32.dll to native in the dll overrides to get past the splash screen since I built wine with openal. I had to set TdTonemapping=False in "~/.wine/drive_c/Documents/EA Games/Mirror's Edge/TdGame/Config/TdEngine.ini" before I could see anything but white during the game play. (credit to http://cox.over-blog.de/article-27025247.html) I play with a nocd crack (with a legitimate copy). Admin note: rating changed based on the display problems reported.
