The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results

What works

  • Installer.
  • Main application.
  • LiveUpdate (once updated).
  • Sounds.
  • Virus scan (apparently).
  • Help.

What does not

  • Norton Integrator fails to load from the shortcut, navwnt.exe has to be loaded manually.
  • Help --> About reports an unknown error and exits.
  • Starting a scan causes the main program to exit in the same way (but only certain scans).
  • Uninstaller just sits there doing nothing.
  • Virus scan fails to find the EICAR Test virus.

Workarounds

What was not tested

  • Realtime scanner.
  • LiveAdvisor.

Additional Comments

Need to focus on that EICAR Test problem for now IMO.

There are a plethora of new bugs for NAV NT and LiveUpdate but that's a task for another time.
