wolfenstein installed directly off the DVD with no problems. Graphics preformance was a little slow, most likely due to my low end graphics card which is a nvidia 8500 gt.
What does not
I could not get the multiplier part to function
What was not tested
Everything in the single player game functioned correctly

Use your favorite editor and edit the file:
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/username/Local\ Settings/Application\ Data/id\ Software/WolfSP/base/wolf.cfg
seta r_customHeight "512"
seta r_customWidth "640"
seta r_fullscreen "1"
and edit as you wish, if you set fullscreen to 0, and then go back to game menu, you will be able to change resolution from the menu as well. Just don't set it to fullscreen again.
