Wolfenstein

Wolfenstein is a supernatural/science fiction first-person shooter, based on the video game series developed by Id Software that has been a favorite of 2D and 3D gamers across multiple game iterations and platforms since the early 1980s. In this new take, players battle the Nazi's dark obsession with the occult through epic action and harrowing shooter combat. Filled with ferocious enemies, movie-quality action scenes, unique gameplay environments, an impressive array of weapons and compelling multiplayer gameplay options, it is truly a fitting new chapter in the history of this classic gaming franchise.

Additional Comments

Runs really amazing out of the box. High settings are avi and i had absolutely no sound problems. I rated it platinum cause the installation, the gameplay and not at least the playable at high settings are exactly the same as on my win7 system before. *gg* Oh i forgot to tell you to replace the originals Wolf2.exe with a proper noCD-crack. HowTo / Notes

HOWTO

Changing resolution:

Use your favorite editor and edit the file:

~/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/username/Local\ Settings/Application\ Data/id\ Software/WolfSP/base/wolf.cfg

 Find:

seta r_customHeight "512"
seta r_customWidth "640"
seta r_fullscreen "1"

and edit as you wish, if you set fullscreen to 0, and then go back to game menu, you will be able to change resolution from the menu as well. Just don't set it to fullscreen again.
