What works

everything except multiplayer(mouselook does not work in mp)

completed the whole game without problems

changing resolution in menu or in game works(using Enlightenment DR17 desktop environment and NVIDIA drivers 185.xx)

language pack to my native language also worked

What does not

mouse look in multiplayer

in sp, mouse cursor sometimes appear in the center of the screen(rare and happens sometimes when you finish a mission and click "continue" in mission log - but also there it happens rarely(it happened quite a lot on 1.1.29 and wolfenstein 1.0, but when i updated wine and wolfenstein it almost disappeared)

singleplayer without no-cd executable

playing with new .wine(must install directx9 libraries)

to play a game, here are the instructions: 1. install wine 1.1.30, wolfenstein and patch 1.1 for it 2. download winetricks: wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks and run: sh winetricks d3dx9 (to install directx libraries needed to play) 3. if you want to try MP, install also all vcrun* using winetricks(look at sh winetricks help) but mouselook won't work anyway(but everything except that works in MP :() 4. download a no-cd executable for wolfenstein from gamecopyworld for example, even when you have bought the game, it does not work without it. 5. replace wolfenstein executable in your install path with nocd executable. 6. play :) the game is very smooth on wine. I don't met minimal requirements(athlon 64 3500+, 1GB RAM and geforce 7600GS) and it still works quite nicely on medium detail(but i played on low.. depends of course on your computer - if you have good HW for it you can set high too) 7. to improve performance even more, i recommend to play with environment variable WINEDEBUG set to "-all".
