The utility is able to configure and update an Apple Airport device correctly when you manually enter the IP and password. It correctly checks itself for updates.
What does not
Discovery does not appear to work correctly. The installer claimed the application installation failed, but it appears to have completed anyway. The uninstall process does not work.
What was not tested
I did not test anything that my original model Airport Express can't do.
I'm rating this silver because auto-discovery is very useful under some conditions such as at initial setup, but it's completely usable for its main purpose of configuring Airport devices.
