Additional Comments

The tips on the Hisouten wiki are now unnecessary - I was able to play without the changes with no difference in playability. Utsuho's cape starfield can be removed by adding the lines: [etc] limit=1 To the end of configex123.ini. If this is not done, Utsuho will be invisible, except for her orbiting orange spheres.
