I'm kind of confused on this, you're withholding your guide because people aren't open to helping people in this community?

also tinku99 said on an ahk forum somewhere that ahkx didn't work perfectly for x11 windows, so I'm doubting that you are actually the first person to successfully use ahkx in 13 years

Hello Mohamed!
Welcome to wine. Please notice: the AppDB isn't a support forum or so! If you are a beginner please read some documents here from the other areas like:
1.) Wines FAQ wiki.winehq.org/FAQ
2.) Wines user guide: wiki.winehq.org/Wine_User's_Guide
3.) Wines support forum: forum.winehq.org/viewforum.php?f=8

This are the right places for start working with Wine.

Kindly regards!

Yeah dude, this is the linux community in a nutshell.
They will force you to go through hoops to post here, create account, login, do this, do that, but no one ever helps a buddy out how to get the damn thing going, they just say "it worked for me, deal with it yourself now"
So useless...
Countless WineDB contributions I tried to send and they denied it with all their "procedures", detailed step by step install procedures, and it simply gets denied.
These people are broken in the head.
Did you ever find how to use this inside of Wine?
A fully compiled file host or instructions

So generally, I'm having endless issues with this, could someone give out more information or a pre-compiled installation?

You need to download ahkx and run ./build. For that to work, you might need to install some libraries. See the INSTALL file. I could not get the build process running with wine 2.x, so (only for building), I downloaded the wine1.6-dev package. After that, put the AutoHotkey.dll file in the same directory, downloaded from here github.com/HotKeyIt/ahkdll-v1-release/archive/master.zip. You can now run an ahk script using `wine ahkx.exe.so scriptfile`. From there on, the scripts don't execute properly. I opened a GitHub issue for this.

tl;dr: does not work.

Wow... I managed to get it working inside of Wine (globally for all apps)
I will only write down a detailed step-by-step procedure here on how to get it working if someone here (either the maintainers of this page or anybody else) contact the App Db maintainers/admin for the game Interstate 76 and demands them to post my App Db detailed installation guide that I tried to send 3 or 4 times and it still got denied.
Not all people on the linux community stink, but the ones that do really destroy any motivation to share knowledge and provide volunteer help. These people are going to destroy the whole thing for everyone. It's getting real bad lately. All these people that salivate with the thought of power and of holding a "position of power" like becoming admins of some sort, these are the problem.

Hi Francisco, I'm really interested in your experience with the Linux port of AutoHotkey via wine, AutoHotkeyX. I agree with you and the other who posted here, there is a big lack of information on how to use/install AutoHotkeyX and a lack of help also. It seems to me that in your last post you explained not being able to post your full experience feedback (detailed step-by-step procedure) due to limitation of the forum and the people. Could you make a post on the www.autohotkey.com/ forum or post a link to a document or another website where you could post your finding ?
Thank you very much,
bye bye.
