What works
Installation. Most of the game itself runs very well with Wine patches applied but a mouse input bug makes it unplayable.
What does not
During startup the game crashes if Wine is not patched. Mouse input bug makes it impossible to freely rotate cannons.

The game can be started if the fix suggested in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13087 is applied. By increasing the mouse sensitivity a lot you can make the mouse input bug less distracting.
