Pretty much everything on first run - connecting to, querying database, viewing tables.

Additional Comments

You will need to download the Oracle Instant Client (http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/htdocs/winsoft.html). I tested with the 11.1.0.7.0 and 10.2.0.4 basic lite version. You will need to add the Instant Client's location (e.g. append ";C:\Program Files\Oracle\instantclient_11_1") to the PATH value at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\Environment Setting the application to run in Windows ME and lower version will workaround the second-run crash problem, however doing so will cause lots of errors dialogues and may crash when you try and do things (such as open file), and copy from the query editor does not work.
