You can't alt-tab out of the game, it will freeze (I'm not sure if this works on Windows)
There are a few other bugs (Like scrolling messed up with certain settings), but AFAICT they exist in the game itself.

If you can get Steam running, this should just work. I am running the nvidia proprietary driver on a 750 Ti.

CoH has a bug where the game can freeze if something else tries to take focus. A few things you can do to minimize the chances of your game freezing in the middle of play.
