Every feature of the program works as intended. I have tested both the libvorbis and AoTuv versions. Works perfectly, just drag and drop from Nautilus/Dolphin/whatever, and it will place the newly created Vorbis files in the selected output folder.

Auto Tagging is a fairly disingenuous feature, you're best off telling it to copy the FLAC comments into the Vorbis tag.
