What works

  • installation
  • sound
  • videos
  • highest graphical settings
  • mouse/keyboard input

What does not

  • online games (due xlive.dll hack which is required to block GFWL)
  • 1920x1080 resolution has smudged rendering at the right side of the screen and at the bottom (about 50px in size), lower resolutions doesnt seem to have that.

Additional Comments

rig: AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE @3,4 ghz, 8 GB 1333mhz ram, Nvidia GTX 560 Ti 1GB, kernel 3.5.0-17-lowlatency , nvidia driver ver 313.09 , ext4 filesystem, MATE desktop environment. game settings: 1920x1080, high details all set to True, 2X AA game runs well above 30 FPS in most cases. if big building is collapsing and lots of debris flying around, game slows down a lot, but will still remain playable and wont turn into really choppy. xlive.dll was needed to be able to bypass the GFWL.
