Everything is working on my Linux Mint 18.2. But with some troubleshooting.
What does not
Zoo Tycoon 2 ultimate edition takes sometimes up to 5 minutes to boot up. Sometimes crash for no reason during a game. It's very CPU consuming on my computer(about 50% of CPU speed on a 3,5 GHz quad core intel I5), RAM and GPU seems not that much impacted. I couldn't set a proper 1920 X 1080 resolution to the game because some of bug with the interface.
What was not tested
Aside from the performance issue described before the game run fine, no lag, no music issues ect... My girlfriend is still discovering the game so I might have not seen all issues yet.
Considering the amount of cpu usage on my computer I advise you to to have a consequent processor to run the game(3 GHz quad core seem to be the recommended feature to run the game). I think 6 GB of Ram would be enough to run the game in good condition. As for the GPU it seems that it's not used much by the game(maybe here's the explanation of such use of CPU time). Hope someone will give a try to find a way to fix that's in the future.
