What works
Installing via Steam, upgrading, playing, exiting. Everything, including playing online.
What does not
There are problems with minimalizing the game (exactly with maximalizing AFTER minimalizing), but I've found a solution. Minimalizing is simple, just press ALT+TAB. And when you'll want to come back to the game, right-click on the Steam icon on your bar (this one with hour and date), click "Exit" and then "OK". "Counter-Strike: CZ" window should appear now :)
