What works
Installer seems to work, but I suspect the problem is that it is unable to communicate with the interface. Basically, much of the software is installed, then it asks you to plugin the USB interface so it can detect which drivers to install. The next step seems to happen to fast which leads me to suspect that it is not detecting the device.
What does not
When executing the software (ActiveHm.exe) the splash screen appears but it then freezes. The mouse disappears when you attempt to move it over the window.
