I can't rotate camera with Alt key. Tested it both in KDE and Openbox, it doesn't depend on desktop environment. Rotating camera with left+right mouse buttons works normal.

You should install DirectX 9 via winetricks in order to make the game run smoothly. With DX9 game works perfectly.
