• Login Bioware Social Network Account (amazingly this works!)
• Upload Character to Bioware Social Network Account. I can see my character on Bioware Social Network profile page. This process, however, is not real time. According to the forum, the character stores in a queue and it requires the Bioware staffs to update it onto the Social Network. It may take from several hours to several days to update.
  

What does not

• Change from full-screen mode to window mode or vise versa. This may cause program hangs or even X server crashes.
• Change resolution in full-screen mode may cause the X server crashes.
  
• (Textures keeps flicker although I could reduce the flicker rate by setting all of the graphics options to off or low.)(Works now, see extra comments.)
• In the final page of character creation, the "online profile" doesn't work and yield the message

Additional Comments

Update 2009-10-30: Sound works with tagged 1.1.32 (not wine-snapshot). --- Update 2009-10-30: After modified the ini file (in ~/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings) and turn on vertical sync, I have not flicker anymore. This also works fine even if I turn on frame-buffer and set the texture details to high. However, I still need to keep the graphic details to low. --- I need to create the ini file as the other tester suggested in order to set the Character Creator to window mode. However, the texture flicker still occurs although it can be reduce by setting the low graphic levels.

Sound works when starting the character creator application (located in the "bin_ship" subdirectory) without using the launcher application.
