Everything (played through the story of Episode I) after using winecfg to change dinput to native. I also had to remove js* in /dev/input when using the joystick, otherwise the second player would get reactivated whenever I press a button as the game detects one joystick as two separate one and supposes a second player wants to join the game.
What does not
Modeset didn't work after closing the game when not using native resolution, so I had to change it manually.
Also the top bar of the GNOME Shell was visible during gameplay with non native resolution.
What was not tested
Completing the game.
