What works
Importing Files, Mixing, reading Help documentation, equalizing, plus all other features I was able to test. It never crashed after install, and once I adjusted the audio hardware to "Compat" in the program's options it seemed to loose the minor static I was getting in the audio playback.
What does not
On install, it crashes with an unkown error at about 98%. The good news is it installed even though the installer will proceed to say it has failed...
Workarounds
What was not tested
DLL over rides to make setup not have a bug, and never tested .WAV files. I only had .MP3 and .Ots audio files at the time of the test.
