What works

Installation and uninstallation mostly work.
The main window (avcenter.exe) kind of works if started manually. All the things listed on the left can be viewed. The about screen works. The preferences screen can be viewed. The program can log events.

What does not

Near the end of installation, some related program crashes and the installer must be killed manually.
The program window has some graphical bugs.
The guard, scanning, and updating don't work. The program incorrectly logs the latter two as starting successfully, when in fact, they don't.
Trying to change any preferences results in the window hanging, though it can be closed normally.
The uninstaller crashes at the end.
