Application fonts are still slightly messed up, but are readable. (note that the text for the books is fine)

Nothing else that I'm aware of.
Note: I had to set wine to run the kindle program as Windows 98 to get the fonts to render correctly. If you do not do this, you can still read books, but you will have trouble getting to the books and using other features.
