What works
The GUI for the normal version and screen saver works. The settings for the screen saver also work. Log file output works, as well as the output from the command line version.
What does not
The program can't analyze or defragment any drives. It sees all drives as removable, so it won't even try to access them unless a specific drive is specified via command line parameters. Even then, it fails.
All versions also took a long time to start up, excluding the configuration screen for the screen saver.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Some of the command line parameters.

Additional Comments
To open the configuration options for the screen saver, run JkDefragScreensaver.scr normally. To get the screen saver itself to work, you need to start it from a terminal with the /s parameter.
