What works

Installation works provided you first install .Net 2.0 and VisualBasic C++ 2008 and Directx9.  The Visual Basic seems to need to be installed using their installer for it to allow you to continue.  I do not suggest using their installer for .Net 2.0 as it seems to cause problems and even caused my winetricks script to stop working.  I used winetricks to install .Net 2.0 and Directx9 before running the game installer which works.  The game starts up and I was able to get to the character creation screen.

What does not

The characters on the character creation screen page are not visible and only their weapons and shields can be seen.
Hitting the randomize button seems to crash the game every time. 
After creating a character and pressing the button to enter the game, it crashes every time and this is as far as I've gotten.
