What works
Installation, startup, and operation work fine with no dll's, no overrides, no changes to Wine config. This is an improvement over previous installs I've done in Wine.
App is extremely usable for the most part. 99% works. Stability is good, very few crashes. I would give this Gold but a few operational issues persist.
What does not
Longstanding bugs still exist, but have workarounds or can be accommodated:
Copy-paste does not work. But you can use 'duplicate' in many instances to get around this.
Printing doesn't work from the app. Print dialogs come up fine but the printout is text garbage. But I generally prefer to make a PDF anyway and print that with Ubuntu.
App does not shut down completely, and cannot be restarted once shut down. Must be killed, and then it can be started again.
Startup screen wizard will not go away even if you uncheck it. Probably has to do with incomplete shutdown.
Browsing files with the Open command is a little screwed up. Previews of files not displayed correctly.

The installation went smoothly and 'Corel Photo Paint' works pretty good. If I open CorelDrw.exe I can create, save and open existing files. The troubles come when I close the application and reopen it; I get this message from 'Corel Color Manager':
The Color Manager could not create a needed color transform. Colors in your document will be uncorrected.
I press OK and get this 'Error':
I/O read error.
Another OK and I get this one from 'Corel Draw 11':
There are no import filters available.
When I give OK the application closes. I have to restart my computer to have CorelDrw.exe running, but after closing and reopening it the story repeats.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
