Incoming Voice Chat
Full Screen, Windowed
What does not
Changing from Full Screen to Windowed Mode via the options menu. Crashes to white screen.
Outgoing Voice Chat w/ headset plugged into onboard HDaudio ports (back and front panel). Seems to pick up a spotty signal under OSS, but does not actually pick up audio. Does not pick up anything under ALSA.
What was not tested
Joining games with MOTD posts. Either that, or the game just skips them. I haven't seen one after joining ~10 games, though.
All game modes, maps, weapons, characters, etc.
With the exception of the crash during a setting change (easily avoided with command line options) and in-game voice chat, this game works just about flawlessly. Frame rate IS lower than in Windows, however. It runs with a fantastic frame rate for me in windowed mode @ 1280x720 with no patching or DLL overrides. Don't even have to turn off kwin effects!
