The game crashes/hangs in the Eyeball Room, making it impossible to get the Medamaude effect.
Workaround: Open Yume Nikki directory and rename the Music subdirectory, start game, enter Eyeball Room, grab the effect, wake up, save&quit. You can then rename the directory back to Music and continue with the game.
