A bit slow and still crashes at times. It uses VB5, GDI+ and quite some hacks. But if you save often, you can create nice GFX with it.

Apply this patch from Bug 20893; should apply even for older versions of wine
Compile & Install
Install 'Project One'
Get the scripting host, needed for loading/saving
(wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks wsh56)
Finally enjoy!
