What works
Everything appears to work perfectly. The graphics, sound (including all the radio stations) and controls all work. The game runs very smoothly and no issues have been experienced within the game.
Tested at all resolutions from 640x480 up to 1280x800 at 16 & 32 bit color depths.
What does not
It is possible that there is an intro screen that is not appearing, but when a key is hit (or mouse button clicked), the title screen appears and you get the main menu.

Additional Comments
Simply had to run in virtual desktop mode and then choose the gaming resolution within the game and switch Wine to full screen. After doing that, the game launches into full screen mode at the desired resolution each time.
