Layout from windows install (just copied appdata folder from windows into the wine install under linux) and removed windows specific components (windows7 integration)

Settings:

Installed fonts via winetricks and had to select a nice font in foobar settings as MS-shell default of wine looks horrible.

Global shortcuts (shortcuts only work inside application) which is to be expected. Probably this can be fixed with an xdotool script.

Other glitches

Sometimes some of the GUI elements are not redrawn (primarily buttons and volume slider)Â
