What works

Nearly everything.

What does not

You cannot run this app twice! - without first deleting the .ini in the app's install directory. I fixed this by not calling DFF directly, but a script which deletes the default.ini first, before calling DFF, see 'Extra Comments' for a copy of a script I wrote. This means that you cannot save your config between runs, but this is fairly minor, since there's not much to configure.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Not much - I've pretty much used every feature and it all worked.

Additional Comments

Works, but should create a script which deletes the default.ini file. This also means that you cannot save your configuration, but then, there's not much to configure -- it runs fine as is. Script contents are here: ---SNIP--- #!/bin/bash rm "/home/homer/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program Files/Duplicate File Finder/Default.ini" env WINEPREFIX="/home/homer/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\Duplicate File Finder\FindDuplicates.exe" ---SNIP--- Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
