What works

Installation works the following way:

Internet explorer, at least 6.0 must be installed
Windows version must be higher than Me, tested with XP
start downloaded smoney_m_4_0_01234599_u_.exe with wine
installation aborts after xmessage
start setup.exe with wine from the path where first setup unpacked its files (windows profile user directory temp)
complete setup

After this program starts and can be started using the icon on the desktop. UI works fine (like 6.0 did).

What does not

installation does not install icons
online update seems to not work which seems to be a critical issue

most online activities were not really tested as expired certificates need to be updated online
